Metal stamping & secondary operations
Alongside CNC machining, metal stamping is a core Dawnmill manufacturing route—supported by cutting, forming, bending and secondary operations where the released drawing requires them.

Tooling, material, feature sequence and repeat-run requirements reviewed together for shields, frames, clips and brackets.
Cutting, forming and bending support the stamped component where the released drawing requires them.
Deburring, marking, assembly, finishing and inspection connected to the delivered component as agreed.
EDM & complex processes
EDM enters the route when feature access, material or geometry makes it the practical choice, with the datum structure and final inspection considered from the start.

Profiles, narrow slots, sharp internal details and controlled cut geometry.
Cavities and recessed features that are difficult to reach with a rotating tool.
EDM is planned against the machined datum structure, remaining stock and final inspection needs.
